This policy applies to both store and online purchases.
Returns And Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE.
Item must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. It may be returned for STORE CREDIT or REFUND. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. The customer must provide a receipt to obtain a refund. Without a receipt, only store credit will be given and if the item being returned is still in stock and not on sale.
Menemsha Blues is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges by mail unless it is damaged, defective, or an error is made by the online shipping team.
When returning an item:
- Attach a copy of your receipt
- Circle the items you are returning
- Note the reason for your return
- Indicate if you want an exchange, return/refund; if you would like an exchange, indicate your preferences (additional freight charge will apply) and the shipping address.
